Who are we?

Justin Hickman came into hospitality through the hotel industry, managing large food & beverage operations in South Africa. Working for Protea hotels, he catered for up to 1000 people on a regular basis for banquets and exclusive functions. It was here he discovered the many facets of Hotels and hospitality and began to explore all departments and there essential part in a successful hospitality operation. Progressing through hotels in South Africa, Ireland and England he developed his career to managing multiple hotels in the UK for various companies and then coming to own and operate his own hotel in the beautiful Margaret River region.
Angela Hickman Qualified as a chartered accountant South Africa in 1996 and completed her articles with Deloittes. After a very successful tenure with Deloittes in Durban, she was seconded to Deloittes in Dublin where she spent a year heading up key audits across Ireland. On moving to England, Angela moved into the insurance sector and then into telecoms, where she found a home with Nokia networks division who then merged with Siemens. She now uses all her audit and financial acumen to help develop Hospitality M E in the business it is today.
